I need a break from everyone and everything. Too many stupid people, too many mean people too many...yeah you get the idea.

So I come here to relax and enjoy all that is art.

Though people who favorite my art work, I see the other work they may favorite. I think to myself "what do they see in mine that allows me to be amongst the others?" Some of them are such talented and unique artists. It leaves me honored in a lot of cases.

I love art, hate this site though. Well not completely. Sometimes, like today, I am reminded of why I came here- there is still quality out there. I am amazed when I find one- it still blows me away each time. I sit with my mouth open and I drool. The photography here (the diamonds in the crap shoot) are just stunning. The painters, illustrators and the others who have such tremendous talent are the ones I sit in awe of.

I believe that creations come from deep with in the collective heart of the universe and seeing the beauty in the muck always makes my day.

I will end with this- keep doing what it is you do and do it well. Do not give up because some one gives a critique and don't get upset if they try to help you better yourself. You are doing this for you- isn't this why you started? Now do it well.

I am happy to see this site redeem itself, I almost lost hope.

If I have favorited your work- then you deserve it, if I have not....it is because there is a right time to stumble upon greatness, I must not have gotten that chance yet- lead me to it if you must- I always appreciate the good art, the good photography and if yours has something that catches my eye- then it is worth the fav.
